Welcome, in this video we are going to see an easy and healthy snacks recipe. bonda is a south Indian recipe and a perfect tea-time snack. keerai bonda has spinach in it, which increases its nutrient value. A perfect recipe to include spinach in the diet of young ones. Enjoy this healthy tea-time snack with your family. INGREDIENTS: - vanthiya keerai/ fenugreek leaves or soi keerai -onion 1 - gram flour 250 gms - rice flour 250 gms - chili powder - salt - oil for deep fry. steps of preparation: 1. add chopped onions and finely chopped vandhiya keerai/ fenugreek leaves or soi keerai. add 3-4 tbsp of chili powder and salt to taste. 2. mix them together and set them aside for 20 min. this step is very crucial in the consistency of the batter. 3. now add gram flour and rice flour in quantities as shown in the video. 4. mix them well with a small quantity of water, do not add more water this will make the mixture runy and difficult to fry the bonda. 5. once the mixture is in the consistency as shown in the video, heat cooking oil in Kadai or pan and fry them till golden brown. 6. serve hot with tea and enjoy this healthy and amazing snack. try this Tasty, Simple, Healthy Keerai Kootu using Vendhaya Keerai Vendhaya Keerai 1 bunch Onion 1 Tomato 1 Garlic 10 Green Chili 3 - 4 Yellow Moong Dal 1/4 cup Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp. Salt to taste oiil to cook Cumin seeds 1 tsp Heat oil in a pressure cooker and Keep adding 1 after the other starting from sliced onions, chopped tomato, peeled garlic, slit green chili and washed and soaked Moong dal. clean Vedhaya Keerai thoroughly and add. finally add enough salt and water. use water used to saok the dal. Mix well and cook upto 3 whistles. cool down the mixture and grinnd it as you like. season with Vadagam or Cumin seeds.

INGREDIENTS: Tomato - 3 Onion - 2 Green chilli - 8 Garlic - 1 Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder - 1 spoon Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - As Required Palak Kerrai - 1 Dilli Kerrai - 1 Thank you for watching! Healthy and thousand nutrition benefit from spinach very good for kids and everyone. Server hot spinach dal with ghee and rice. Also goes well for chapati and dosa. Spinach Dal / Palak Dal Ingredient : 1 cup Spinach 2 tbs Moong dal 2 tbs Onion (chopped) 1 Tomato (diced small) 3 Chilies 4-5 Garlic pods 2 Inches Tamarind 1/2 tsp Turmeric Salt as per taste 1/4 tsp Hing 1/4 cup Water Pressure cook all the above ingredients for 1 whistle. TEMPERING: 1 tbs Oil 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds 1tsp Urad dal 2 Whole red chili 1. Add all Ingredient in pressure cooker let it cook for 1-2 whittle. Once pressure let it cool 2.Add cooked spinach and dal inside blender and pulse 1 time. 3. In small pan, add oil and tempering until nice golden brown and add to blend spinach dal. 4.
